ClearClose was founded by real estate industry veterans who saw a persistent problem: qualified buyers losing out on new homes because they couldn't sell their existing home fast enough.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built ClearClose—connecting builders with trusted partners like HomeLight, Cross Country Mortgage, and NAF to convert contingent buyers into cash-ready buyers.
Today, we partner with builders across the country to help them close more deals while giving buyers the certainty they need to move forward with confidence.
